I was a bit annoyed that I had to deal with a return and warranty issue in the first place, but to be fair, support handled it quickly. They got back to me without much hassle and helped sort things out, so I have to give them credit for that.

I reached out to support about the battery thing and they got back to me faster than I expected, which was nice. The info they sent over was clear enough too, like I didn’t have to go back and forth a bunch trying to figure out what they meant. Straightforward, issue sorted, can’t really complain.

"Good deal on batteries"
I mainly paid attention to the price and whether the batteries actually worked, and on both counts I’m happy. They were cheaper here than what I usually see, and so far they’ve been working just fine.

"It lasts a decent amount of time..."
It lasts a decent amount of time, so I can’t really say it’s bad, but it also feels like the performance drops quick. Maybe that means the battery is okay, just not super strong. I expected a little more, but it still works for normal use.
